Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a court booking at PIK Sports & Leisure and how refunds are handled.

Customer cancellations

  • 24 hours or more before your booking: 100% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before your booking: No refund.
  • No-shows: No refund.

To cancel, email hello@pikleisure.uk or phone +44 7548307682 with your booking reference. We confirm cancellations in writing.

Refund timing

Refunds for card payments are returned to the original card via Stripe. Funds typically reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Refunds for bank transfers are returned to the originating account within 5 working days of cancellation.

Cancellations by us

If we have to cancel your booking (for example, due to facility maintenance or access issues), we offer the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no charge. We are not liable for incidental costs (such as travel) outside the cost of the cancelled booking.

Multi-court bookings, club nights, and tournaments

Group bookings of multiple courts, full-hall hire, club nights, and tournaments are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of booking. These typically require a deposit and have a different cancellation window. See your confirmation email for the terms that apply to your booking.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer protection law.
