What we collect
When you contact us or make a booking enquiry through the form on this site, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (if you provide one)
- Any message you write
Our hosting provider also automatically records server log data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) for security and operational purposes.
Why we collect it (legal basis under UK GDPR)
- Legitimate interest — to respond to your enquiry and operate our business
- Contract performance — to confirm and manage your court booking
- Legal obligation — to keep accounting and tax records as required by HMRC
We do not use analytics tools, marketing pixels, advertising trackers, or behavioural profiling.

- Contact form submissions: up to 36 months from your last interaction
- Booking and payment records: 6 years (UK tax law requirement)
- Server logs: up to 30 days
Who we share it with
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland) when you pay by card. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; card details are entered directly with Stripe and not stored on our servers.
- Hostinger, our hosting provider, processes data on our behalf as a data processor.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes.
